Shipping & Return Policy


We totally get it, it is always exciting to receive something other than bills in your mailbox, especially when it's clothes! As soon as your order is processed, we work diligently to pack and ship your order, with that said, please allow 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped and packed 5 days a week, any orders that are placed over the weekend will be packed and shipped the following business day.
Much like when your hairdresser makes that first cut, we have no control over your package once it leaves our hands. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages and do not offer any refunds on lost or stolen packages. We know it is probably quicker and easier to buy a new car than deal with the post office, UPS and other carriers, but it is best to submit your claim online for any missing packages through the post office or other shipping carrier. 


We truly hope you love everything you purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may not. Southern Birch will happily accept returns or exchanges for a store credit. Price tags must be intact, and items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. The return/exchange process must be started within 10 days of the delivery date. Please note, all returns and exchanges are subject to prior approval.

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return, we suggest you consider using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, and if you want that extra peace of mind, you can always add insurance to your shipment.

Sale items in addition to undergarments, bodysuits, accessories, jewelry, and hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Any sets must be returned as a set. If only one item is returned, a store credit or refund is not applicable. 

Return address will be provided with approved return requests.
