Shipping & Return Policy
We truly hope you love everything you purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may not. Southern Birch will happily accept returns or exchanges for a store credit. Price tags must be intact, and items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. The return/exchange process must be started within 10 days of the delivery date. Please fill out this refund request to start the return/exchange process. Please note, all returns and exchanges are subject to prior approval.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return, we suggest you consider using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, and if you want that extra peace of mind, you can always add insurance to your shipment.
Sale items in addition to undergarments, bodysuits, accessories, jewelry, and hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Any sets must be returned as a set. If only one item is returned, a store credit or refund is not applicable.
